My name is Stephanie Fabarez and I was born with Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalous. I have had a few surgeries to help me with the challenges related to these two diseases (see the “My Early Days” link).  My feet are paralyzed but I am able to walk with the assistance of leg braces. While there are many inconveniences I face daily, by God’s grace, I am a happy, positive and joyful little girl.
